Call 608-255-9080 Monday - Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. CST. When calling after hours, please leave your name and phone number and we will return your call the next business day.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post.
Return shipping fees are not reimbursable unless we explicitly ask for the product to be returned.
Please include the following information with your return:
1) Reason for return
2) A copy of the receipt or order number.
3) Refund or a replacement preference
Your return will be processed upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time your exchange request is received by our returns department.
Refunds or credits will be equivalent to price at time of purchase. Refunds are for products only – shipping fees won’t be refunded.
Damaged Items or Miss-Shipments
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and to make sure that the correct product was shipped.
If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, or if we made an error in the shipment we would be happy to work with you to get replacement product shipped right out, and ask that you please contact us immediately at

Please return your product directly to the point of purchase. We will credit the store accordingly.
